NEUTRAL RUNNING SHOES FOR WOMEN

If your ankle remains aligned as you pass through the gait cycle you most likely have a neutral running gait. Neutral shoes are recommended for runners who need midsole cushioning and minimal medial support. Supinators also require neutral cushioned shoes. Supination happens when your foot strikes the ground on the outer edge of your heel, and instead of the arches collapsing in and over-pronating, they do the opposite and roll slightly out. Typically neutral running shoes for women have a little bit of cushioning without a lot of corrective or supportive elements.
