All in stock orders received by us before 4:00pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day.
After 4:00pm orders will be shipped the following business day. All orders received after 4:00pm Friday will be shipped Monday.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation is at no extra charge for Priority Mail. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from our web site (www.runnersedgeny.com) and the USPS.

We are not responsible for lost shipments after USPS delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. postman leaves them on your doorstep. See below for what to do if you haven't received your shipment:

  • Call or e-mail us.
  • We will confirm shipment.
  • We confirm with the carrier if shipment was delivered.
  • Check with your local post office and your postman.
  • We cannot replace lost shipments after delivery confirmation has been made by the carrier.
